A city runner built for pavement, not for a track. The upper is a single piece of engineered mesh with denser yarn where the foot flexes and an open weave over the toes, so it breathes without a separate vent panel. There is no plastic heel counter: a moulded foam clip does the same job at a third of the weight. The midsole is supercritical foam, 32 mm at the heel and 24 mm at the forefoot, so the drop is 8 mm, and rubber is fitted only under the heel and the ball, which is where a shoe actually wears out. Chalk is off-white, Sulphur is the acid, Tar black is black on black. Hand wash cold and air dry: heat collapses the foam.
